Capping a one-month long exercise, the Admissions and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC) has at last finalised its proposals of fee structure for 651 engineering colleges the academic year 2013-14.

No decision was taken on 38 institutions, 190 colleges were recommended Rs. 35, 000, 195 colleges were recommended Rs 30,000 and in 68 colleges fee has been reduced for second year of B.Tech. course. for students who have joined in 2012-13.

The documents required to submit at the ICET 2013 Counselling Procedure are as follows:

1. Degree of Graduation
2. Intermediate Certificate
3. S.S.C / 10th Class Marks Memo
4. Class 9th to Degree Study Certificate
5. Certificate of Income allowed after January 1, 2013
6. Caste Certificate
7. Minority Certificate in case it is applicable

Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates:

1. PH-Certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible. CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Service Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of A.P. are only eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category.
2. NCC & Sports- To produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities
3. Minorities: SSC ‘TC’ containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master
4. Anglo-Indian: A Certificate issued by Competent Authority of their place of Residence.

Note: Centralised Certificate Verification for PH, CAP, NCC, Sports & Games, Anglo Indian candidates shall be done only at Sanketika Vidya Bhavan, Masab tank, Hyderabad.

Fee to be Paid: (At the Time of Certificate Verification): Rs.600/- (OC/BC) & Rs.300/-(SC/ST).
