Exam Notification is issued for the following examinations :
1. Pharm.D V Year Advanced Supplementary Examinations (September 2014)
[For 2009 and prior to 2009 admitted batch only]

Candidates appearing for the above examinations commencing from 8th September 2014 are informed that the applications will be received as per the time schedule given below:

With late fee of Rs.100/-	01.09.2014
With late fee of Rs.1000/-	03.09.2014

Examination Fee :
1. Each Theory/Practical Subject : Rs. 600/-
2. Memorandum of Marks : Rs.10/-
3. Cost of Application : Rs. 5/-

Note : Project Work & Clerkship viva voce supplementary exams (if any) will be conducted from 15th to 20th September 2014.
