The Pre Ph.D Examinations for the candidates registered for Ph.D Programme (admitted during Academic Year 2013-14, 2012-13, 2010-11 and prior batches) with JNTUK and applied against notification dated 2nd June 2014 will be conducted on 23rd, 25th & 27th August 2014.

- The Examinations will be conducted between 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm at University College of Engineering, JNTUK, Kakinada.
- The Hall Tickets can be collected from the Office of the Directorate of Evaluation, JNTUK, Kakinada during 21st & 22nd August 2014. No Hall Tickets will be issued on the day of Examinations.
- Any discrepancy in the time table should be brought to the notice of the undersigned through Email (dejntukkd@gmail.com /chs_eee@yahoo.co.in) or Fax: 0884-2340545. No communications / clarifications over the Phone will be entertained.
- Besides Hall Ticket, the candidate has to produce the identity card issued by R&D, JNTUK, Kakinada at the time of entering into the Examination Hall.
