Job Position: Internship / Associate Software Engineer (Magento PHP Developer)
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer/IT (2015 / 2014 Passouts)
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with senior developers on the work package effort estimation
* Develop customized Magento solutions
* Reverse engineer for debugging errors in code
Desired Skills:
* Concepts of OOPs, database and MVC
* Applied knowledge of PHP preferable
* Quick learner and keen eye for detail
* Passionate and driven for learning new technologies
Career Progression:
0. Training Boot Camp for 6 Weeks
* BootCampe is mandatory, based on BootCamp performance we release offer letter for internship/full time hiring.
* Explore Magento with your peers in competitive corporate environment
1. Software Intern
* Work with Magento Developers on innovative projects

* Work with Senior Developers on the work package

Compensation:
0. Summer Training Boot Camp – INR 2000/- for applicant outside Bangalore
1. Software Intern – INR 8000/ per month, you can join any day before completion of your study program
2. Associate Software Engineer – 2.4 LPA after completion of your study program
3. Magento Developer – 3.0 LPA after completion of Magento certification
4. Salary is no bar for exceptional applicant
Bond: Duration of Internship + 12 Months minimum commitment with 3 Months of notice period
Hiring Process:

2. Online written Test in Campus– 60 Minutes
3. Technical Programming Test in Campus – 60 Minutes
4. Technical Interview in Campus – 30 to 60 minutes
5. HR Interview - 30 to 60 minutes
6. Offer Letter to selected candidates - After selection applicant will get two options
a. Date of Joining for Intern will be before completion of study program
b. Date of joining for Ass. Developer will be after completion of study program
c. Applicant will be promote to Magento Developer after successful completion of Magento Certification
