# The incumbent is responsible for managing customer queries / complaints in voice process (inbound and outbound).
Location : Thane, Hyderabad.
Key Deliverable :
# Handle and resolve customer complaints/ queries over phone.
# Provide customers with relevant product and service information.
# Cross sell new product and service opportunities to customers over phone.
# Provide feedback to the team leaders about product / process.
Key Skills :
# Good Communication Skills (English and Hindi Language).
# Open to work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications :
# Age less than or equal to 28 years.
# Graduates in any discipline.
# 0 - 2 Years experience in call centers handling domestic and international customers.
Job Profile :
# The incumbent would be responsible for handling customer queries and providing information as per defined standards
# Effective redressal of all customer queries and/or complaints by providing solutions/ escalating issues - Cross Sell new product and service opportunities
# Generating leads and passing them to concerned department
# Providing feedback to the team leaders about product / process and contribute to the improvement
Skill Set :
# Ability to generate ideas which can help him / her and the team to achieve the targets assigned
# Ability to engage with people with service orientation
# Drive and Passion for results - Good in comprehension
# Good spoken English
