JOB POSITION: IT HELP DESK ENGINEER/EXECUTIVE (VOICE & MAIL)
ELIGIBILITY: B.Tech(2014 PASSING ALL BRANCHES) NO PERCENTAGE CRITERIA, NO CURRENT BACKLOGS
Job Location : BANGALORE/HYDERABAD
SHIFT : 24 X 7
No.of POSITIONS : 400 VACANCIES
Salary Package : 1,70,000/- PER ANUM
JOINING : IMMEDIATE.
Responsibility:
* Attend and resolve problems reported by end users on telephone / email.
* Attend telephone calls made to help desk by end user, take all necessary details about the problem and users/assets and try to resolve the problem on telephone /Check all Email request and take appropriate steps to get the Issue reported resolved.
* Ensure that calls/Emails received at Helpdesk are responded in specified time frame and resolved /escalated.
* Record all calls/Emails into the tool(s) provided by the client.
* Ensure that calls / emails as responded per SLAs defined and so on.
Skill Requirements:
* Basic Knowledge in Windows Operating System

1. English Speaking is a Must
2. Good verbal & written communication in English
3. Interpersonal skills
4. Problem solving and diagnostic skills
5.Telephonic skills / Email Writing Skills
