Questions asked by many R09 regulation students.

Note : Grace Marks & Class Change Rules will be applicable only after 4-2 results are declared.

Q) Who all students comes under R09 Batch ?

Ans : 2009, 2010,2011,2012 Regular & 2010, 2011,2012,2013 Lateral Entry admitted batches only.

Q) What are the terms Regular & Lateral Entry mean ?
Ans:
Regular : Students who got admitted in to 1st Year & studied 1 to 4 years.
Lateral Entry : Students who got admitted directly into 2nd Year through competitive exams & studied 2 to 4 Years.

Q) When Results will be released ?
Ans : Results will be released mostly within 30 to 45 days after completion of End Exams. We will alert u through Android App / Facebook / Twitter / Mail Alerts as soon as results are released.

Q) What about the Advance Supple Exams ?

Ans : Notification will be issued for the advance supple by JNTUH after declaring the 4-2 Regular/Supple Exams. Advance supple exams will be conducted only for 4-2 semester.

Q) Will there be any supple for project work & comprehensive viva-voice ?

Ans : Yes supple will be conducted for project & comprehensive viva-voice before starting of advance supple exams. Notification will be issued for the same along with advance supplementary exam notification.

Q) What all the certificates/memos will be issued after 4-2 results ?
Ans : After declaring the results JNTUH will issue 4-2 Semester individual memo, CMM, PC & OD.

OD:Original Degree. 
U can apply For OD after notification is issued by JNTUH. (Which will be issued in December 2014 mostly). If you are in a urgent need of OD then u can apply for OD after u get the CMM,PC in Pre-Convocation Mode.

Q) Do i need to apply for CMM,PC after results are declared?
Ans : No need to apply if u had cleared all the subjects from 1 to 4 years. CMM,PC will be sent to respective colleges within a week after declaring the results along with 4-2 memo.

Q) Can i apply for CMM,PC in Tatkal Mode ?
Ans : If you are in a urgent need of memos then u can apply for CMM,PC in Tatkal Mode directly at JNTUH [Along with Requisition letter, with college principal signature & college stamp/seal] to get them within 1 or 2 days. U need to pay an extra amount of Rs.1000/- for each memo in Tatkal Mode. U can apply in tatkal mode directly at JNTUH.

Q) Is Exemption/Leaving of subjects rule applicable for B.Pharmacy students ?
Ans : No, its not applicable for B.Pharmacy students. They need to clear all the subjects from 1 to 4 years [Regular] & 2 to 4 years [Lateral Entry] in-order to be eligible for award of degree.

Q) How percentage will be calculated for the students who cleared all subjects & students who left/Exempt 1 or 2 subjects ?

Ans : For Regular Students percentage will be calculated for 200 credits & For Lateral Entry percentage is calculated for 154 credits.

Q) How can i know my percentage prior to memos are issued after results are declared.

Ans : As soon as results are declared just download the percentage calculators posted in the below url (or) else Download JNTUWORLD Android App & just enter internal/External marks of all semesters so that those tools will automatically gives the percentage that will be shown on your CMM [Final memo].

Q) How many days it will take to get the memos who secured 200 [For Regular] credits or 154 [For Lateral Entry Students]?

Ans : For the students who secured 200 credits [For Regular] & 154 Credits[For Lateral Entry] they will get the memos from their respective colleges a week after results are declared. We will alert u as soon as memos are dispatched to respective college after results are declared.

if you are in a urgent need of memos then u can apply for tatkal process directly at JNTUH.

Tatkal Process :
1. Take a letter from your college along with Principal Sign & College seal/stamp.
2. DD amount of Rs. 2000/- [For PC & CMM]
3. Submit the above documents at students service at JNTUH exam branch building to get the memos within a week.

Questions/Answers Related to Grace Marks Rule & Class Change Rule

Q) Grace Marks & Class Change rule applicable to B.Pharmacy R09 batch ?

Ans : Grace marks & 0.15% [Class Change] rules are applicable for R09 batch students.

Q) Can u mention what is grace marks & how many grace marks can be added under this rule ?

Ans : if a candidate failed in one/two subjects with shortage of marks if adding these marks makes the student eligible to get his/her degree then grace marks will be added.

Note :1) Grace marks can be added only to 1 or 2 subjects maximum.

2) Grace marks can be added only for external exams.

3) For Regular Students : Under Grace marks Rule Total of 9 marks Maximum will be added in 2 subjects.
[Example : if u are having 22 Marks in external exams in 2 subjects then the grace marks will be added to get u passed in those subjects].
For Lateral Entry Students : Under Grace marks Rule Total of 8 marks Maximum will be added in 2 subjects.

5) The best performance among the external examinations shall be considered while giving the grace marks. i.e., u can use your best previous result while applying for grace marks.

6) Grace marks can't be added to internal marks.

7) Students can apply for grace marks & class change only after they get the original marks memos.

Q) I got 24 marks in Nov/Dec 2013 exams in my 4-1 semester. Can i apply for grace marks by using those previous exam marks ?

Ans : Yes u can apply by using the previous result.

Q) Can i use Grace marks & class change rule.

Ans : Yes u can use both the rules.

Q) Will there be any sort of indications if i apply for grace marks & get my degree ?

Ans : No there wont be any kind of indication if u get passed in any subject by using Grace marks rule.
Q) Do i need to pay any fee while apply for Grace Marks & Class Change Rule ?Ans : If u apply for the above rules at your respective then no need to pay any fee. If at all if u apply in tatkal process directly at JNTUH then u need to pay an extra amount of Rs.1000/- per memo.

Q) Whats is class change rule ? can u explain in detail & how can i apply for class change ?

Ans : If you got a final percentage of 49.85% , 59.85% , 69.85% then u can apply for 0.15% rule to get 50%, 60%, 70% as final percentage on memos.
